Mq, the dearth of gold and silver coins at the current market price is very real. Here is the site of one of the largest online gold coin dealers in the US. A year or so ago there was not a single "out of stock" sign. It's the same with all online dealers I checked. Very strange, if the quoted price of gold is the price where supply and demand are balanced. Note also that the markups over spot for the coins are far greater than a few months ago. tulving.com
