Yep. In a nutshell, Box's "Domino one" is in the down and locked position. It stays there until house prices are rationalized by incomes. And incomes are now falling as well, so it's a race to the bottom......

This is why all the bailot packages and rescues and SEC market manipulation is doomed. At least if the markets crashed you could rebuild from a solid pricing structure. Trying to rebuild the derivative pyramid right now is like trying to rebuild the WTC on quicksand.
