have you looked at any of these specific debt instruments? I have done a hunt and peck of about 40-50 and I think they are worth more than Paulson will pay. But I would love to discuss the ins and outs with somebody interested in specifics because CDOs are not my cup of tea ordinarily. Big difference between the general mkt for real estate vs these assets that the govt will buy.
