I don't want the complainers to go away, I just would like them and yourself to explain why they complain day after day after day and still trade with Datek, although I am not sure that you still trade with Datek, but you do blast them with a high degree of regularity.

It is wise to note complaints, as well as the circumstances that brought that complaint about. Some complaints are valid, some are not valid, some are caused by temporary situations, some are permanent. Those that are not going away are either reason to leave, or something that I or you can trade around. Every broker has problems, whether it be poor executions, slow account updates, slow confirmations, slow cancels, too high commissions, etc. Datek of course has problems that I would rather live without, but when I compare the advantages to the disadvantages, and the advantages and disadvantages elsewhere, I'll stay with Datek. As I have conciously made that decision it is not my place to complain (rant and rave) about the short comings. Suggesting changes intellegently and ranting and raving are two entirely different things. Were I Peter of Jon, or even Jeff or Jeffery, I would be more inclined to listen to the reasoned suggestions than the ranting and raving.
