Yeah...............it's mostly the middle and lower income folks moving to the remote areas I'm describing. They can't afford these new enclaves. It's also people who don't care to deal with dense populations. A lot of us have varying amounts of antipathy towards large crowds. And keep in mind.........the local rural authorities aren't immune from bribery either. -gg-

The wealthy have bought up a lot of the pristine acreage in the least populated, and most beautiful states, leaving the left overs for the late comers. Regardless of their rhetoric, Hollywood and east coast leftists have been fleeing high taxes and statism for a long time.

It would be a job to compare tax rates........state, local, property, income etc. in all 50 states, but worthwhile imo.
