Lawreal, IMHO floorless debenturaes are even worse than REG S. With REG S the dilution effect is KNOWN IN ADVANCE. With floorless construct it won't be. My current asessmnt on CTYS situation: it might get really hurt. Thanks to Zeev and Your all work to dig up facts I didn't enter. Saved me a lot of pain... best wishes CROSSY
