The "reverse engineering" complaints are totally bogus...nothing but a smoke screen

Truth is, the request is to reveal only the short part of any positions, the short parts are only fractional to whole positions, as they are derived beyond recognition anyway. revealing them therefore, is of no consequence to the overall position, the so called propriety of the hedge industry is to derive. Fractional news is like no news at all, thus, it should be a welcome addition to the industry seeking main stream acceptance. Failure to disclose these parts open doors for litigation by those losing money, as short positions are subject to the prevailing security laws, and will subsequently be adjudicated by supply and demand reasserting itself.

So Ox is right, the resistance based on reverse engineering is just another straw man.

The hedgies are adept at using mouthpieces to undertake efforts outside of the realm, most hedge fund business plans are diversely identical....even though there is a wide variety of emphasis.

This is exactly why so many investors are pulling out, or trying too, wishing too, or on the verge of recognizing these investments are anything but riskless.

Its become clear that the intellectual properties of these entities are based on pure contrivance which extrapolates too dedicated self interest of the originators........
