Obama's promise to hold personal summits with every rogue regime in the world in his first year in office and to hold a gripefest with the 57 Muslim countries in the world again in his first year in office .... that was stated coherently. It was mindlessly stupid, but it was worded coherently and clearly.

On most other occasions, Obama stumbles over his words and has to read from a teleprompter. He even had to read his praise for Biden's debate performance from a teleprompter.
