From Leroy Stockman forum this AM: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Subject: MTEN Dear LeRoy: I read Herb's note and offer the following comments: Although we are issueing more shares, at least half of them have gone to 'insiders' and management who made up the majority of the new investment group. Management and insiders shares will be subject to rule 144, and other short swing rules, so the market will not see any of those shares anytime soon. Of the remaining 4.0m shares, these shall be issued over the next 2 years. The Company has the option to redeem for cash.
