NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: BCND - News) today announced that it has agreed to sell the salvage rights to Renaissance Renovations and Development for $6,350,000.

This price encompasses any and all salvageable materials on the property and it will be the sole responsibility of Renaissance to demolish and remove all materials from the property at their sole expense. The agreement does not include any of the natural gas rights on the property nor does it include the property.

The company acknowledges that the company that purchased the rights to salvage The Westmoreland Glass Factory is Renaissance Renovations and Development LLC a Nevada chartered company with offices nationally and in Pittsburgh.

Renaissance Renovations and Development LLC consist of a consortium of developers and high net worth investors, specializing in low to medium risk real estate investments with the potential for high yield returns.
