A network engineer told me about CTYS a few weeks ago when it was
$10/share. I have 10,000 shares of CS with no profit but at least
company is very profitable. It looked like CTYS was too. I've never
invested in such a small CAP like CTYS and I can understand why. It
is interesting to read how the speculators minds work? I read something about a guy who was going to pay off his mortgage with the
25000 shares he bought over $10/share.

This denial of what is happening to this stock hasn't hit home yet
but in percentage terms there are a lot of losers. Yes, the small
cap stock has a low P/E but it has a low P/E for a reason and particularly in the market that the stock is in. I'm been waiting to read some comments from brave souls who will double his money soon.
Maybe! You should have read the CHPS, RATL and IFMXE groups of all
the brave souls. It wouldn't surprize me to find out the SEC
investigating this company before long.
