Meanwhile, Big Apple Consulting continues to run their racket with other scam penny stocks. Does anyone think the SEC could be convinced to go after BAC? Suing Turek just removes one con artist from our mist. Big Apple was the enabler. They coached him and knowingly deceived investors on his behalf. Conning naive investors into funding questionable outfits is their business model.

I had provided the SEC with plenty of damning information on BAC as well as Turek from late 2005 through 2007. While my contact always thanked me for the information, he said he could not tell me anything regarding what they would do with it. Given that it took the Plasticon bankruptcy filing and fraud revelations to move them to shut down PLNI stock (after it reached zero bid), I don't have much confidence they will lift a finger against BAC.

Does anyone (Jeffrey?) have suggestions on the best way to go about getting action on BAC? Should I bypass the SEC and talk to the Florida Secretary of State's office?
