You've been claiming this, so I looked it up. There is no proof that this ever occurred. Dr. Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour apparently was asking for people to write letters of recommendation. And he claimed to be raising money. But there is no evidence that he actually raised money, much less funded Obama's education.
