Capitulation/selling criteria mostly met, with the one important exception of the overall volume has been light, not heavy. While the mkt can bounce from here, I am skeptical of this being enough of a capitulation(s) for a tradeable bottom of consequence to be happening. Instead, any bounce will probably be followed by a test of today's lows.
