J6P paid for the bailout and could withdraw his 401K to pay down his debt and to survive. There is nothing else left for him to do. Everyone is selling assets to pay debt. A stunning USD rally - are all currency swaps tied to libor? If so, that explains a lot. They are auctioning FNM and FRE CDS today. The derivative bomb has detonated, and a trillion new liquidity is not helping, it seems. We are in uncharted waters, this market was never tested before. Nobody can figure out who owes what to who, a complete panic.
