Missy is 7 and my husband seems to think we need a companion for her because the kids are gone all day and most of the evening. She's very lonely without Mikey but I think we can get her playing with other dogs in the evening and she'll be ok. I'm with you, I don't think I can go through this again. The other two where hard sure but Mikey was different. We were each others best friends. Loosing him was like loosing one of my kids.
