Kristy's cat was the hardest. Hardest for me watching my wife just sobbing as she was putting her in the carrier. It's been 3 weeks and she still gets misty eyed. Never again. This cat sounds like your Mikey. We got her I think she was a bit young and she for all intents thought of Kristy as her mother I think. Kristy would put her hands up over her head and the cat would do the halloween kitty thing and they would chase each other up and down the hallways. Really, really tore the wife up. No more.
