Hello,

A thought regarding Breed's home page and recent events. . .

Did anyone else notice that the "picture" of Breed's curtain is actually a drawing?? Curious that all other pictures on their home page are actual photographs. Makes one wonder. . .

Also, keep in mind that Breed is somewhat known in the industry as a (now) tier one supplier that brings nothing unuique to the table. To bea a "real" competitor in this market they MUST bring new technology and new products to the automotive industry.

In their first move to adress that weakness, they allign with Siemens. Very nice move, however sensors quickly become commodity-priced items. So one asks oneself, where can Breed go to develop a working relationship with a company that is on the cutting edge of automotive safety restraint technology which will lead them to be able to regularly introduce leading-edge products to the automotive market and establish themselves as a "contender"?

Makes one wonder. . .
