If anyone doubts this segment isn't a commodity market, take a look at biz.yahoo.com Wonder what Remedy's motivation is. They already have the biggest market share in the internal help desk segment. I wonder how many people will undertake the cost of switching from their current system for what is essentially a $3K discount. Gimmick? Or is Remedy afraid of losing market share?
