I'm wondering about the bills effect on residential solar. To make things easy figure the average system is $30K cost. The Federal tax credit (without the $2K limitation) brings it down to $21K investment. You have to figure it will add $10K in value to your home (maybe not in this market)??? So you have a net investment of $11K... seems like the payback could be pretty fast???
