Regarding the SB report that was posted at AOL. There seems to be confusion over when it was issued. Apparently it is a very old report from the 2nd week of September. An individual on the CYMI board at AOL checked it out and found that this report was written by the same SB analyst who originally reported the "problem" with Cymer's lasers, causing the stock to plummet on Sept 12 immediately following the stock split. The same day Cymer and Nikon issued press releases denying any such "problems". The report is genuine and can be found on Bloomberg. The conclusion is that this report has no relevance to Cymer today, having already been denied by both parties of concern the day it was issued. It was silly to have brought it back up in the first place...no reason to raise the dead.
