So far, I'm disappointed there was no defense of DJIA 10K whatsoever. Still a couple of hours to go, though. If I were the PPT, I would sell it down hard throughout the day to build a large short position, then wait for the last 30-60 minutes and spring the trap - cover it all back up to launch a short-covering rally. And I'd dump into that the last 10 minutes to have shorts to help open the market tomorrow morning. So I'm not writing off the potential for a 10K defense yet. `BC
