No matter who wins this November, we are whistling past the graveyard in my opinion as things literally crumble all around us. Here in the PRNJ, a lot of folks who knew they were "borderline" and beyond, went for the house anyway, because they were sick and tired of bad landlords and or building up the landlord's equity with their hard earned money while they got diddley squat.
