Looks like you're wrong again. Abu Dhabi will end up with 56% according to reports. Looks like AMD was in such a desperate situation that they will face Intel in Court. It was that or bankruptcy. They chose court. Another possibility is they will offer to drop their floundering anti-trust case in a deal with Intel. I'm incline to think Intel will reject the offer and pull AMD's license.
