Wbmw: Its funny how many single tasks they use for testing. Even those with multiple threads are just one SIMD program. Not much is tested like people normally use their box for with five or six different things running all at once like my father does. He is using that new box as a Linux server running DVR and such. That is where the HT bandwidth gets used much more. It also is the cheapest Phenom X3 8450 out there where the performance/price is higher than the 8750 tested in the article. Want to see what the price/performance is with a flagship Dunnington compared to the Core 2 Duos there? Or an extreme dual core? Nice apples and oranges comparison. Per usual. Pete
