Snow, that was nearly half a year ago. Time is rolling by quite quickly and while there are serious events, we are not in systemic failure mode. Markets continue to clear. AIG, Lehman, Bear Stearns, Washington Mutual etc are gone/merged etc. Umpty hordes of houses have been foreclosed. It is over two years since the housing peak. Watching and waiting, Mqurice
