Lot's 'o allegations... none of them have been established as 'facts' yet in any court of competent jurisdiction. (And, the original HI birth certificate --- complete with raised seal, etc. --- is hanging on the wall of his office in IL... and has been examined/photocopied by factcheck.org. :-) This legal filing (anybody with the $350 filing fee can file a civil suit in PA) is by the same rabid and aged Hil fan who is a serial suit filer... who filed a RICO claim against President Bush for the 9-11 attacks.... (My guess is that this particular thing --- just like the three similar law suits challenging McCain's legal right to run for President --- will be dismissed in short order.)
