And it makes sense when you think about it. We had lenders who didn't care whether a person had a job. We had lenders who didn't give one thought to whether borrowers would even pay their monthly mortgage.

We sure have had some pretty creative lenders out there.

And such a deal!

Wonder what would happen if borrowers......who have faithfully paid their mortgage insurance........decided it just isn't "fair?" After all, sub prime loans were developed to ensure "fairness" in the market place. I certainly can see why some borrowers would consider it "unfair".....................these sweet heart loans made to people who didn't even have to insure their loans.

I could see why they'd ask....."where's the "fairness" in that?" and tell the bank to take a hike.
