I say beat anything that moves Mr. Caruthers. <vLg> But I don't know what you mean by this "put a safety net under them that protects them from taking on greater risk." Why not just give them a warning and a few extra licks with the very same sticks? I mean the whole point of a financial institution is to get a bunch of smarty pants experts who know how to manage risk together under the same roof. If I have to tell them how much risk they should not take... they're going to have to pay me the BIG Bucks. 0\|0
