Past midday collection we are seeing 39% and 42% of an avg days trade. primarily broker dealer obfuscation....on all the no locates. troubling that where moving avg of vol went down, so did price. the reverse of a tight spun floats normal behavior.

shorts are not being asked to cover anything......while they represent a huge % of outstanding margin open interest.
