Talk about dumb Americans. I sometimes speak to an Irish Catholic lady in New York who used to be my boss's secretary. She is single and of modest means -- totally dependent upon a small pension and social security. She is going to vote for McCain and thinks Joe Lieberman is the bravest man in Congress. She is a good person but has been so brainwashed by neo-con propaganda that she cannot separate reality from fantasy. She thinks the Moslems are out to take over the US and impose their religion on Americans. There probably are many millions like her.
