LOL, "ethics" ...

All McCain has to do is put Obama on the defensive with regard to the financial crisis. Make Obama defend his view that we need more government bureaucracy to fix this mess when that same bureaucracy was partly responsible for exacerbating the problem.

If McCain doesn't do that tonight, he might as well take the rest of his campaign money and donate it to charity.
