At some point there has to be some realignment of market caps to book value, earnings, etc. But that won't happen for a while as long as liquidation is the dominant motif.

The only thing worse than what I lost on paper this year is where I would have been had I stayed with all my former stocks and bought the dips in other stuff that looked really cheap. For now, the market has succeeded in scaring me too much to move.
