DSWL - Does anybody follow this stock or have any news?

Chinese plastics manufacturer; no debt; decent but declining margins...

Shareprice is collapsing and I am trying to find out why. I thought it was a buy around $4 and I am facing a gut check as it sits around $2.50 this afternoon.

Any info appreciated,
