I'm afraid you are the one not seeing the big picture. If what you claimed were correct, then AMD just went out of business. Duping the Arabs would be beside the point, they would have had to dupe themselves.

You are making an argument that they withheld information to sucker the Arabs into this deal, meanwhile, the deal is going to doom AMD??

Intel's statement makes perfect sense. They are simply expressing a view that the confidential parts of the agreement, which clearly they know about, are significant enough that they would think a 3rd party doing a deal of this magnitude would have wanted more than AMD's assurances that they are not an issue, i.e. they would want enough detail from AMD that it would have violated the agreement in providing that level of detail. Nothing wrong with Intel voicing that opinion. If AMD does not have substantial proof of how the negotiations were conducted, they might have trouble (ala Intel loosing internal emails for instance?).

But your claims that they either violated the agreement or duped the Arabs is nonsense based on the available information. It could of course prove that they did (perhaps even both violated the agreement and duped the Arabs) just like it could prove they did neither. TWT.
