Just a teeny little point. Intel certainly knew something was in the works. The exact timing might have been in question, but that something like this was going to happen wasn't.

So, are we supposed to believe that Intel's lawyers were sitting on their hands and didn't have a clue what Intel's rights and position were until this press release?
