What evidence to you have that the confidential portions of the agreement specify they will lose their x86 license if they do a deal such as they have done?

All the information I need to question it. I'm not a judge but this is a forum for discussion is it not? They've already admitted they (AMD) are limited as to what percentage of product they can contract out. The exact percentage is confidential but considering they will be contracting out 100% of their chips I think it's pretty safe to conclude it's over the limit. Yes, the details of the new venture need to be examined but there is good reason to raise questions based on what we already know. The cross license agreement has been posted here many times and discussed thoroughly. I do not have complete knowledge of the confidential matters but I don't need to know what % it is to know they've gone over it.
