note we are still in Turn Areas for Volatility Indicators,
McClellan Oscillators (Fully in) and Summations (early in)
and Total Put/Calls at EOD will be in.

However, we have NO Indication from Governments that they will do the right things, No Indication from BB that he will get his Fed to do what it can do on its own.

We have no indication from the Presidential Candidates that either of them will change there positions on what they plan to do Next Year. or to Clarify what their Plans are for 2009 or 2010.

So i find it impossible to Reinforce My call for a Turn Here. We need at least verbal action to quote. With No Verbal action, It is my Belief we will continue Down. The 2000 Peaks and Troughs chart will give you some Hints. I put in in this package Twice.
