All of those happened in the past and do affect the future at all. Furthermore, they now have the optimized switch. What matters is what they have today and where they are going in the future. (Bottom line.)

Granted, the current stock price may be the result of past mismanagement, but with the new team and new switch we should be hearing A LOT MORE than we currently are. This does not bode well.
