to stop Microsoft from requiring PC manufacturers to accept Internet Explorer as a condition of receiving Windows 95

Most people (techies excepted) want bundled software, "Plug and Play", it's easy and cost less. Will there be any significant number of box makers who will refuse IE and only want WIN95? And how about WIN 98 which is supposed to be very tightly integrated with IE4. Would Dell, Gateway or Compaq insist on unbundling? I doubt it. At least to any significant degree.
