BAC and Abusive, Naked Shorting? Note BAC's high put/call ratio several days before the announcement of decrease in quarterly earnings, dividend cuts and offering of new shares. The SEC's rules on option-market-makers' exemption on naked selling might have accentuated the subsequent decline in BAC's stock price. Cheers,
