I'm glad you told us you were short on PTEC and looking to buy lower.
That explains your strange comments from someone that has sounded
bullish on PTEC up until now.

Phoenix has done a poor job of managing their stock price. They
have twice the revenue of SS, yet have a ridiculously low average
daily volume in comparison. They've told me over and over how
they're trying to get more coverage. SYSF has been fortunate to
have H&Q hyping their stock. The result is PTEC can drop 20%
quickly because of traders such as you that can manipulate the
stock because of the low float. The long term will be up, probably
a lot higher than SYSF because they aren't as arrogant.

It is a lot easier to grow at 50% than 35% when you're a lot smaller.
The numbers seem to indicate that SYSF's core business is flattening
out significantly and they may really choke if SysWiz doesn't pan out.

Phoenix is very focused and doing an excellent job at developing
their system software products. They recently made some major
inroads in BIOS and PCMCIA by signing up Intel, Dell, and Compaq.
They are being VERY aggressive at developing USB and related
products. Compaq partnered with them on this and the industry
is very bullish on their acquisition of Virtual Chips. They are
developing their embedded PC business quite rapidly by teaming
up with Geoworks, Radisys, and Intel. Read their press releases
and the comments that key industry players are making about
this leader. They don't need to stretch the truth and create
fantasies in investors minds like their smaller competitor often does.

I hope you get $15 along with the other Mark. But you don't have
to make questionable statements to drive PTEC down. Heck, one
day in the last week it only traded 5000 shares the whole day!
This is the week that you can have fun, when everyone is on
vacation. Just put in several 1000 share shorts. That'll probably
drive the stock down a couple of dollars and you can get your price.
Don't wait too long though.
