The Kushner-Locke Co. Names Rosemary Tarquinio Director of Television
Development

LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Oct. 21, 1997--The Kushner- Locke Co.
(Nasdaq/NM:KLOC) has appointed Rosemary Tarquinio as director of
television development.

Tarquinio will oversee all television development operations for the
indie producer and distributor, which currently has several television
series on its roster this season, including the ABC drama ''Cracker''
and the syndicated series ''Mike Hammer.''

Prior to joining Kushner-Locke, Tarquinio, creatively involved with
NBC's hit series ''Homicide,'' held the position of director, prime-time
series programs, for the studio from 1994 to 1996.

Tarquinio, who will be based at Kushner-Locke's West Los Angeles
headquarters, reports to Andrew Steinberg, executive vice president of
television. ''We are very fortunate to have Rosemary as part of our
growing television team,'' said Steinberg.
