There is that. It, apparently, is becoming a staple at Palin's rallies. Not just "kill him", but "terrorist" and "treason" seems to be popular.

Can someone produce a video or some link about the "kill him" remark? I know how you guys like to MSU.

Terrorist? That's appropriate. The man associates with multiple terrorists, so why should he not face the music? If you lie down with dogs you're going to get fleas. Obama has a history of hanging with some of the worst dogs in the nation.
