I can see it having an effect in New Hampshire where the population is only one percent black, or ted's state of Washington where he only has to ignore three percent according to the weather reports from there. The city I live and work is 40% black, we've been living, going to school together, proud of our sports icons of every color, working, and dying together as neighbors for a long time, there is no Bradley effect here, we're all Americans. On a percentage basis, we accepted more Katrina evacuees than Texas, who took in the most. Seems to be a liberal blue state problem, wonder why that is hmmm?
