Good Evening Frank,

United States, the land of the Free and the Proud is becoming
and Orwellian Society, slowely but surely!! The White House that has the final say so in MO's agreement with the various states and
Mrs. President has to have her way, at the expense of thousands of
investors. Then we have the Justice Department that wants to make a
quick buck at the expense of MSFT. (Bill Gate makes it so why souldn't
they!!)

What we see is a flagrant violation of the free eneterprise.

Having said that, I am not a bit worried about the fine. I think MSFT
legal department are going to cut a deal with Netscape or with
the Justice Department to resolve this problem.

BTW I read on Reuter that several analysts have raise MSFT to strong buy, and that shows the market senitment.

Kind regards,

Yaacov

p.s. Frank, I need a n advice from you. Checking the INTC calls for
April 1998, I saw INTC strike 100 April 98 at 5 dollars. I went ahead
and bought. These calls have had a max. of 14.5 and minumum of 4.5.
Do you think I did well?
