".....simply put, when you can no longer reason you begin to believe or you don't.....that's it...."

You either have the capacity to reason in a believable fashion or you don't. What is unreasonable about this explanation I offered, your response is disconnected?

"We believe what we experience, observe, or ponder because it is reasonable to do so. We may have doubts about this or that (When illusion or corruption is in play for example) because we believe it is reasonable to be skeptical at times. Doubt and skepticism are themselves a particular vantage point of belief. Reason and belief are interdependent where all reason is founded upon some fundamental assumption that must simply be taken for granted as true in order to proceed.

Reason involves a conscious attempt to discover what may be believed to be true."

You must have the capacity for one to engage the other (belief>reason).
