This is pure panic selling. GM and Ford have a $25B bridge loan, energy prices are coming down fast, the CP markets are starting to loosen up, and they are adapting rapidly to higher energy prices. I have no idea why the stocks are selling off, and neither does anyone else I know. None of them are selling and most are buying.

The general consensus around here is that if an automaker is going to fail it will be Chrysler. Am hearing they aren't moving any vehicles.
