I'm wondering what's going on in my gut. For the past several weeks, nearly everything I eat causes my gut to growl and boil and I just don't feel good. Even a small snack does this. I take enzymes for digestion, but this still goes on. Not much of an appetite, either. I eat two light meals a day, but my weight doesn't change. I'm not heavy, but losing 10 pounds would probably be a good thing.
