ACLS turned down a $600 Million offer last month from Sumitomo saying it undervalued the company's future potential.

Today, at .92/share, the company's market cap is under $100 Million.

Talk about a stubborn management group!!! LOL

Net tangible assets for ACLS is about $4/share. Even writing off inventory and other assets, its hard to understand why the market is pricing them for bankruptcy.

I had to take the plunge, selling some distressed assets. However, even distressed they were valued higher then ACLS at $0.92/share!!

I do not know when ACLS will rebound or how long it will take but I feel fairly confident that eventually there will be a reality check and that fair value will return in the neighborhood or $3 or $4/share. I can wait a couple of years for a 400% return on my investment... At least thats the plan!
